Je vous raconte cette belle journ\u00e9e d’\u00e9t\u00e9……..,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

j’avais entrepris l’id\u00e9e d’aller rendre visite \u00e0 un ami de longue date presque cach\u00e9 dans un village de la Castagniccia, une r\u00e9gion de Haute-Corse, qui comme son nom l’indique, concerne la Ch\u00e2taigne, \u00e7a devait \u00eatre une surprise, un peu comme \u00e0 mon habitude, un d\u00e9sir spontan\u00e9, 22 ans qu’on ne s’\u00e9tait pas vu………\u00e9videmment, je vous laisse imaginer, il n’\u00e9tait pas l\u00e0, une fois arriv\u00e9 au village, il fait si chaud, les habitants sont tapis dans leur mur de pierre, au frais, et nous…….bien emb\u00eat\u00e9, c’est alors qu’une dame arrive, je lui demande si mon ami est l\u00e0 en ce moment, bien s\u00fbr me dit-elle, il est parti faire des courses dans la vall\u00e9e, il sera de retour d’ici une heure, mais vous n’allez pas attendre dehors par cette chaleur, elle nous propose de patienter dans son fumoir, qu’elle am\u00e9nage depuis des ann\u00e9es \u00e0 l’authentique, c’est son petit mus\u00e9e, sans visiteurs ou si peu, je suis \u00e9merveill\u00e9 par cet endroit ou se d\u00e9gage une atmosph\u00e8re d’antan, authentique, comme cette femme, elle nous raconte comment le soir autour du feu assis par terre \u00e0 cause de la fum\u00e9e planant sur le haut de l’unique pi\u00e8ce, et les ch\u00e2taignes et la charcuterie \u00e0 l’\u00e9tage, qui s\u00e8chent tranquillement dans cette ambiance familiale, on y mange des ch\u00e2taignes grill\u00e9es, le figatellu saucisse traditionnelle Corse, on y chante aussi, incroyable rencontre…….\u00e7a y est mon ami arrive…….!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
